Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (US)
Standard: 3–7 business days — free on orders over $150, flat $7.95 under.
Express: 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
7–14 business days depending on destination. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Echelon is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped, but we'll always help you track down a missing order — contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.
